Shipping policy
Delivery DHL and Hermes:
Standard: 1–3 working days
Standard shipping with DHL or Hermes
Benefit from the speed and reliability of our shipping partners DHL and Hermes. Within Germany, your order will be delivered directly to your home within 1-3 working days.
Express shipping with DHL
Benefit from the speed and reliability of our shipping partner DHL. Express deliveries are only possible to addresses within Germany and will be delivered to you the next working day if you place your order Monday - Friday before 2 p.m. Express delivery (excluding deliveries to packing stations) is only possible on the German mainland.
Please note that orders placed on a Saturday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday (not Monday!).
Express delivery costs 10.95 euros, even if the order total is over 39.95 and would therefore be free according to the usual shipping model.
Shipping costs DHL and Hermes:
under 39.95 €: 4.95 €
over 39.95 €: free shipping
Save on shipping costs for standard shipping.
For orders over 39.95 euros (the order total is the subtotal minus all discounts), your order will be delivered free of charge within Germany by our courier directly to your home. Please note that we can only maintain this service as long as we are not burdened with excessive costs for splitting orders that have the same delivery address. For orders under 39.95 euros, we only charge 4.95 euros for standard shipping.
Once you have put your products in your shopping cart, if your order total is less than 39.95 euros, we will inform you how much you still need to save on shipping costs. Take advantage of this information and simply put a little more in your shopping cart. We offer the Click & Collect service free of charge;
there are no shipping or service fees.
Depending on the payment or delivery method you choose, additional costs may arise (e.g. for express delivery). In such a case, we will of course inform you separately of any additional costs before you complete your order.
We reserve the right not to offer any shipping services beyond a standard delivery method or to offer them only to a limited extent.

We would like to point out that both very low and very high outside temperatures can lead to a loss of quality in certain products.
